We’re here for the cure. Everything we do is to move us closer to that goal.
Curing Parkinson’s needs world-class collaborative science involving researchers, clinicians, the pharmaceutical industry and, most importantly, people who are living with Parkinson’s. This collaboration is at the heart of our research programme.
Our leadership and funding enables the world’s leading neuroscientists and neurologists to prioritise, together, the next generation of drugs for clinical trial.
With an ambitious plan to increase Trust income, this is an exciting time to join Cure Parkinson’s. This is a genuine opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Trust fundraiser to develop and make their mark as part of this innovative and dynamic charity.
You will be joining the charity’s Philanthropy team and work alongside an established trust fundraiser. You will share the responsibility for significantly increasing income for the charity, by delivering excellent account management, and sustaining and increasing income from existing trusts and foundations.
You will identify and research new prospects, follow through leads and deliver persuasive and professional proposals to secure potential donors. Overall, you will be working to a six-figure income target.
We are looking for someone that has worked with a diverse range of charitable trusts and foundations. Someone that has strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being a collaborative team member. You’ll have a proven track record in meeting, or exceeding, financial targets and soliciting five and six-figure gifts from existing donors and prospects.
