Live well with Parkinson’s
Ultimately, our goal is to find a cure. However we also understand that it’s important to focus on things to help you live well with Parkinson’s and maintain your quality of life. Everyone’s journey with Parkinson’s is unique and many people find their own routine and ways that work best for them. Eating healthily, , taking regular exercise and finding relaxation techniques, or crafts and hobbies all help in improving daily living. . There is also emerging evidence that some types of exercise can even be neuroprotective.
