Antony Rose
Antony Rose took on the Thames Path 100 in September 2020, running 100 miles along the Thames Path from Richmond to Oxford. It was to be an eventful run, as Antony tore his calf muscle early on and had to persevere through the pain. However, with the aid of friends, family and his own sheer determination, he finished in an incredible 25 hours, 24 minutes and 26 seconds and raised over £3,500 for Cure Parkinson’s. A massive achievement!
